obvious answer is :

- dont need mana burn
- enemy you are omnislashing isnt getting eul/ghost
- enemy is getting bkb
- you want to farm faster than as if you had gotten diffusal blade

but then again you probably know that so let this reply be there for the 1ks who read this

yeah, because some times when i watch games people skip it and i have no idea why

More priotizied things (need tankiness, need mobility, need quick pickoff/initiation possibility, more farming speed, etc)

i think diffusal isnt the most damage-efficient item, thats maybe why people skip it.

because mana burn cant crt you know.
