I weigh 150lbs (69kg) my 1 rep max benching was 225lbs (102kg) I broke my shoulder last year playing soccer and i haven't lifted much since. 25 years old atm.
i dont bench press. i do intellectual physical activies such as yoga and pilates.
1.25x bodyweight for 5 reps but that was 6 years ago.
Now I need to work myself up to 1x bodyweight, if I even reach there.
and who the heck even cares about bench press? only subhumans and small minded wimps
deadlift is whats important, followed by squats, rows, pullups and all the way at the bottom is the bench press
300kg. ;)
I dont know about the truth factor of that question. Yeah Man i do 100 kg ez. Says that 13 year old boy after he did half a rep with the help of his friend.
Deadlift, squats, benchpress is the classic to compare strength.
And if you dont go to the gym thats totally ok. But dont try to use excuses like i am to smart and intellectual. Its healthy for you body to have some muscles. Especially if you sit in Front of a PC allday.
50kg is my comfortable weight to bench press. With a spotter, I think I can go 55 or 60.
I never even did a 1 rep max, because all of my friends dont even lift so i dont have any spotters pepehands
highest weight i did in normal schedule was 2x 20kg on each side in a 5x5 program. in the worst gym i ever was forced ro train in where 2/3 of the bars were so bent that you couldnt bench safely. even the one i used was bent, pretty sure that was what messed up my shoulder.

gee, i wonder why is it the case with people going to the gym that they have to make every conversation about lifting and shit up all the social media and boards with it
maybe because it's the only remotely interesting thing (which is not actually interesting and they know it) about their lives so they need to convince everyone but mostly themselves that this is the case?
beats me
I have never done 1 rep and never cared to and never will
I weigh 65 kg
I do 4 sets of 10 reps, with 32.5kg on each side.

lol, you would not guess but i do not attend gym of fitness
80kg for 5 reps, 75kg bw
idk 1rpm
also squatting is for insecure fa.ggots who think anyone cares that their body is disproportionated or how much they squat
leg day = skipped 😎
I used to be able to lift only 30 lbs each side, but now I'm able to do the answer to the universe lbs for each side.
