so i assume if i play one game of rank i'll get boosted a bunch of medals right?
tempo setting heros are good as long as your team can work with you
also @despeimtoolazytospellurname, why even comment if ur not gonna say anyhting constructive
you lose a game and you take it out on lower mmr players LUL

Tempo controllers are my fave,
Played against Og.ANA stack last night and he picked Pugna.. was even till i dced and we lost in 3mins XD.
Kinda re motivated me to play ranked again.

Any good examples of 2-4-5 tempo controllers that you find in this meta?
The timings seemed to have changed for my go too heros now that theres all this mjol aghs on every hero.
And @des, legit.. i play one game and i'm higher rank than you.. probably...
Irrelivant though, i'm pleb and asking for opinions on what people are finding strong and why.. not here to flex or get flex'd on.

I like summons, eg. Lycan and such for pos1, although generally i mid or support.
from the qualifiers it appears ember/DP are hot picks..
fighting heros that can survive are the best
like you said, ember/dp are good bc they constantly fight and are relatively hard to kill
heros that dont take a year to coem online are good too, soul ring on pos 1 has become popular (thanks ee)
Daul mid is very strong, while safe lane is solo since you want your pos 1 to get levels faster.
The added support in the mid harreses the enemy midlaner and helps you defend from ganks.
And just try to drag the game since comebacks are very strong and to push hg you need 20k net worth adventage. So if your team wants to push tell them to st.fu and keep jungling.

Pos 3 ench pango Cent
Pos 4 bara grim
Pos 5 wd ss cm Oger lion wl
Juggernaut is kinda popularish atm don’t know why cause he hasn’t really been buffed. Slark is returning to popularity a bit. Spirit breaker and pudge and earth shaker very popular so roaming pos 4 returning a bit more. Wind runner is top pos 3 atm, Axe also a bit too. ,
Grimstroke, warlock, CM are popular supports. Quite a lot of pos 1 wraith king who is very strong now with skeletons, MK a fair amount too. Invoker a perennial pick as well.

Longtime player who's spent some time out of the meta (auto chessing)
What seems strong right now.
5 man deathballs- splitpush - gank heavy - 4 prot 1 etc.
Also: Heros i seem to enjoy
Pos 1: I like monkey king, weaver, ursa and illusion heros
Mid heros: - Generally i enjoy clinkz, pugna, zues, veno and other 'glass cannons'
Pos 3: Dank seer, axe and non standard offlaners (my worst role)
pos 4: - Earth spirit, chen, willow, rubick (roamers with early map impact)
pos 5: - Jakiro, disrupter, doctor, WW
I'd appreciate some insight into what people are finding strong right now and why?
Also would love some insight into what heros people are using in various positions

also i'm currently 4.9, haven't played since calibration and lost a bunch leading up to it. generally sit low 5k's and peaked low 6k at my best. So in the low Divine range.
