so i cant use any feature that involve steam such as adding friends, send messages, or even use the shift+tab command in my dota 2 client. if i do either of these, nothing will happen. this issues only happen in one acc, when i use my other acc its work perfectly fine so i think it has something to do with my setting. any suggestions?
