This legitimately proves that you have never even cared to read the slightest forum post. All the VHS threads are about lowskilled delusional idiots attempting to calibrate to a higher MMR instead of actually grinding.
Basically it's MMR abuse/cheating the system attempts, mixed in with awkward begging.
I cycled through some of the more recent ones and locked them accordingly. I've seen and had conversations in other Dotabuff spaces that were simply about the frustration of not achieving that skill level - something we've all seen using other vocabulary. MMR frustration is nothing new. But yes, I will try to keep a closer watch for account boosting/buying threads. Apologies for those that have been missed.

The term you're looking for is delusional, maybe even insane — since creating 50 smurfs in attempts to reach the desired MMR goal on calibration is the very definition of insanity ; doing the same thing yet expecting different results...
You know, just maybe if dotabuff had some extremely basic articles about BASICS in Dota2, that were in an easy place to access, we wouldn't have this crap everyday on the forums.
There's many a bluestar that probably would be willing to lend a couple hours of their time to help make said articles.
Having a set of new player/lower skill level articles/content is a solid idea. There are certainly some great resources out there, but I believe there some things we could do uniquely here at Dotabuff.
Separate from that, taking your assessment at face value, this kind of content isn't going to help anyone looking for shortcuts. But that's certainly not a reason not to explore the possibility of it.

specially with considering the fact that my internet provider banned discord servers and i should tunnel my whole system through vpn to do your job instead of you.
@flourishing new leaf - I can look into the reason for your main account's lifetime ban, certainly.
@Kowareta - It is unfortunate that the reporting system I suggested is so onerous for you. Some people have already used that system, so I assume that is not the case for everyone.
i dont think its banned, i could use it in different town in college time, now in hometown its not working any more :/

the reporting system u suggesting is not the issue here, i dont think checking topic titles taking more than 5 min per day and u are not even doing it.
not to mention ppl can take advantage of it. like i can bait people flaming me here and insta report them to you while probably i triggered them many times before and u are not aware of it.
