Actually, that doesn't work like that, if your previous account has bad behavior score and you created a new one (smurf) to escape from it, your new one will get bad behavior score too like right now. If you are only smurfing, you won't get bad behavior score, you only get to match with other smurf, at least that's what they're trying to do right now.

No, that doesn't work like that. You will get inherit any negative behavior scores of your alternate accounts. This is so, you can't escape from extremely low behavior score with just making new accounts.

As far as I know it doesn't matter when the account was created, even if it's 5 years ago you can still get the extremely low behavior score thing, but I guess the system is like only make it with our current playing account, so if you recently played with this account, this account will be the one.
