Hmm, meepo is one of the best pubstompers rn in 5k+. He just needs good micro in order for him to work out well

blink poof is literally spamming tab w (maybe in the past when people actually bought aghs and it took 0.3~seconds to tab all meepos, armlet toggling is different because u wont die from dps spells

Meepo is shit now because Warlock is meta. Rock+Bonds, heck, even just Bonds in teamfight = gg

Meepo is strong in pubs

They buffed him real good with the armor and net/reveal invis units.

In the upperbrackets they got alot of profile hiders or secret spammers.
Hes legitimately a pl counter/void counter in 5k+.

But teams think he's too risky right now. Especially when there are less intensive heroes with good winrates like Zeus or WR.
