It's well out of date by now and was generating a lot of confusion so we removed it. The future of Dota 2 skill ratings does not go through DBR :)
It should be removed because it's really pointless to have it. Solo queue I get gold games, sometimes platinum.. with another friend I get platinum. If i win more than 4 games in a row in solo queue, I get stuck in a 'very high' game aka diamond?
Not sure if rumors are right but I heard if u start a new account with 'experience' settings u start out with 2000 rating. Where as people like me with 1,000+ games with 51+% win rate have under 1400 DBR... that's ridiculous. Also my friend's account he is 50% win rate with 1400s.. he's in platinum. I'm only 80 points in DBR between us but I'm in Gold and he's in platinum... not really fair.
You can cheat on the rating so its useless, if you dissable the setting in dota before you lose a game, it wont show up here, if you enable it when you are winning a game, it will show up.
This way you can cheat the rating, so why would you want to get it back?

I think DBR even without changes should have stayed for more time like it was!
