That's exactly what would be done. You would be reported for intentional ability abuse. You are intentionally farming a fountain instead of ending the game as it is intended.
Also, something isn't a waste of time if you enjoy doing it. Kids? Please don't insult yourself. You are the one who is acting child-like.
That could just mean that no one is reporting you. Look, all I am saying is think about the other team. They don't want to sit in the fountain while you farm them. They want to play another game, just like you would want to do if it was happening to you. It is called respect for other players. If you and other players had this, the community would be much better.
Sportsmanship. Rescpect enemy players. Defeat but don't humiliate them.

You clearly don't understand a lot... especially writing "show me the rule that does say, No camping fountains" as a direct answer to "The World is not only based on rules" is just incredible.

LOL at those who are mad about fountain farming. even in the losing side I enjoy being camped well because I can still try to bait them into the fountain or play tag.
It's a matter of finding the fun in games.

I actually despise stomps where enemy just hide in well when i keep ganking them and t3 towers not broken yet.
i just let my teammates push and i afk farm. because the enemy doesn't give any challenge. you want the game to end when you start losing and stop trying, just giving up? well sad for you i'd rather farm than push.
or fountain farm letting only the creeps push because i came to have fun and a challenge but you just give me a half-assed game.
I really want dota 2 lan already because d1 people here playing lan at least doesn't afk on fountain, but still think of ways on winning, using their brains like solving a puzzle. because they play to win and have fun no matter what.

It's not fountain farming, let's call it what it is, fountain raping. Most of us (probably all) have done it at least a little bit, but it's still bad manners. If you just like being a dick, then be a dick, but that doesn't change what it is. Also, allegedly you get more BP for getting all the rax, so going for that does actually help you get items AND it's more classy.

Thank you for your explanation (first 3 lines). If it is true that you are proud of your team's (friends') performance then I feel very happy for you. I wish you and your friends more good games. But title says you are proud of being a fountain camper. It is a bit misleading.
If your friends don't mind being insulted it is ok, just don't forget that strangers on this forum will not always be that forgiving.

Without derailing the thread completely... There is only one valid counter-argument to a concede button. It's for those games that you are losing, and the winners go full-retard and end up losing hard. However, for every one of those games, there are many many more that are just complete stomps. The implementation of the concede button will determine how useful it is. Some simple rules can drastically prevent "false wins":
1. Rule on kills... i.e. concede AVAILABLE if enemy has atleast 1.5 times more total kills
2. No concede in first 20mins
3. Concede automatically available after 40mins
4. Concede if 4 out 5 vote yes, with a system to monitor for abuse

Now to bring this back to topic... if "farming" enemies was not allowed, why would there not be a concede option to prevent this... or any other mechanic? Trying to force your morals on others is not only self-indulgent but ignorant. If it is legal, it is allowed. Back-dooring was considered "bad" at one point... and what happened eventually? Back-door protection.
