Watch it from the game. It is a bit hard to find, though. Still it would be good if we can watch games from that link.

When the replay is expired, is there a way to download the replay somewhere else that from dota2 engine ?
how can i watch a replays in dotabuff.com ?
when i click "watch replay" in game (connecting to the dota 2 network...)
"watch replay" from dotabuff is just a link; it directs you to download/play from Dota 2. Dotabuff does not download a single replay.
