he didnt lvl up anything until lvl 3, then took 2 skills of shukuchi and then 1 skill Geminate Attack, the lvl u get first goes to lvl 1, the lvl u get second goes to lvl 2, and so on, and he took 2 lvls of shukuchi one after the other so it appeared that he went 2 lvls of shukuchi at lvl 2
