Basically, what ends up happening is my team mates are a bunch of balls. Our lane is consistently fine, and then we get dicked on by everyone else in the other lanes because people are shite.
I am looking for a team too. and I have played with some of the most shittiest ppl on earth ffs, 0-22 mirana, 0-5 sky mage in 5 mins..., looking at ur stats, u may not be ready for a team yet...
I play dota in 5+ years, I can paly all kind of position. but my support hero(buy ward, buy courier and buy eveything group needs) and ganker is the best. And I'm thinking about creating a team or joing a team, too.

vouch for this dude, he knows the mechanics of the game pretty well just needs to polish his skills, I dragged him into a few matches in tiers above his comfort zone and after adjusting (quickly) he did fine.
