What was your problem? We read all emails but don't always respond to emails inquiring about things that are already covered elsewhere (such as in the FAQ). I'm happy to clarify here.

I just wanted to tell you that you probably got the worst support ive ever seen.
So far ive sent you like 5 e-mails with the request to simply please answer me and help me with a problem.
You didnt answer now for 3 months. I just wanted to let you know (if you read this, but i dont think so).
