thats not what I meant , I would like to play with people who will remain focused on winning even after it seems impossible to win , many people just give up ..
when you got 4 russians (not people from Russia, I mean RUSSIANS) on your team and still won't give up, you must be mentally retarded. Or be Chuck Norris.
Tryhard is so stressful. I was hardcore tryhard for 100 games; I won't be doing that ever again.
Im from Europe add my main account ( http://steamcommunity.com/id/martodota/ ) if you want to play on EU servers and want to farm wins
just add me
ill make you win all of your games as long as you dont feed and listen to me
Just to keep proper perspective...3K team MMR is almost exactly average for team matchmaking.
There are currently 26,541 rated teams. The average, and median score is 3055. Such players are certainly not nub. They are probably significantly better than the average pub player, since so many can't play on a team at all.
Nub would be something like a team MMR of 2300 or less. That is the weakest 10% of teams. The top 10% is currently at 3970 with the weakest professional teams coming in at around 4600 (approximately top 1.2%)
For proper comparison of epeen, Mr.Ouija best team is rated better than 74% of teams while Lifedancers team is rated better than 86% of teams.
team rating is based on winrates and amount of games.. of each player
Vaikiss is mostly right. Most teams have only a few games so their rating is very close to the initial rating which is based on personal MMR. However if a team has played plenty of games their rating will move up or down if the initial rating is not accurate. If you beat a team rated far below you will get zero points. If you lose to a much lower rated team or beat a much higher rated team tMMR can move more than 20 points per game.
Also if a team does not have a rating because they made a recent roster change you can get an idea from the teams they played...for instance Vaikiss team Potato Beard has no rating but is probably in the top 10% of teams. They lost to a 4200 and a 4300 team and beat a 4100 and a 3500 team.

Hello, I would like to play with people who's goal is to win no matter what, and people who are willing to work on team strategies, basically experienced players with good manners.
