If you open your console you will see the IP and port you were last connected to. If you can't connect you can either find the IP by opening the console and looking at the game you just came from or getting a buddy in game to do the same. Once you know the IP and port you can simply type.

connect *.*.*.*:* which will be an IP and port (ex. 111.11.111.11:111111)

Connecting this way is actually faster than using the reconnect button as it provides a direct tunnel.
