the game was not finished either..
they cant push in with that kind of items in 1 or 2 mins..
It means data will not be counted against you. Even if it's safe to leave you can still lose the game it just means it won't be recorded against you as a loss due to someone else abandoning the game prematurely. If your entire team leaves their team will win in about a minute by default due to full opposition abandonment.
If 4 people abandon dire first.
Then 5 leave the game from radiant.
The one who stays gets a win.
1 Abandoned = loss
3 leave the game on dire after their buddy DC's = loss
5 on radiant leave with one still on the enemy side = loss
1 on dire stays and gets the only win in the game. So 9 losers in this scenario and 1 winner.
Make sense?
This post pretty much sums it up where the guy left and his team won while he was RC. They got a win, he got a loss.

I have a similar question. I was going to make a new thread, but this seems to be a good starting point:

In the game linked above, Dire had an early abandon ("Game is safe to leave. No stats will be recorded") around 2:30 with no kills on the board. So those of us on Radiant, myself included, disconnected and the game ended at 3:16. Now it is showing up as a loss for Radiant on dotabuff. It was my understanding that "No stats will be recorded" games didn't show up here if you were not the one who abandoned or if you left immediately after it was safe to do so. Am I misremembering how the system works?
Thanks!
No stats are recorded in Dota2. It won't effect your W/L ratio in the Dota2 client.
It may still show as a loss on your account though again it won't count against you in Dota2.
It probably will count against you here as a loss as they just pull raw data and it gets analyzed automatically without any "human" sorting or checking element as it would be an unquantifiable amount of data to go through.
Game won't count as a loss but will show as a loss - Dota2 Client
Game will count as a loss and show as a loss - DotaBuff
Hope this helps.
There are however exceptions and bugs to the rule I am sure but this is my understanding of what I have seen and know of the game.
I see deaths on the board. A first blood confirms the game either that or anything over 10 mins, even if there are leavers.
Yes, but not on your Dota2 profile. It will still show as a lost in your Dota2 recently played games but won't actually count on your W/L ratio.
Oh well. It would be nice if there was a "No stats recorded" flag in the metadata to avoid issues like these. Thanks for the explanation.

Had a game where oppo had a leaver, and it says no stats will be recorded.
So we're like hmm ok, lets leave. And a loss pops up. ._.
