You're not among them, same with other scrubby smurfs thinking all they need is decent wlr on a hero to get there.

I saw the list around May, I think it should still be the same or similar. However, I only bookmarked 4 of them. The others were not active; most of them stopped playing the hero when Icefrog nerfed invoker. Often, their last invoker game was 4+ months old.

Top 50 doesn't have game requirements? Many of them have less than 40 games.

i think it does liek 200 games ateast

No, these smurfers have very low DBR
unless they have 200 wins without loses, or just 20-40 loses
So they won't get into the list, because most players on top of the list have <70 games, but with high overall winrate and high winrate with that hero
