I am not taking sides cause there are no sides to be taken. Your complete disregard for factual information and the exasperated strains in your posts tells me you are desperately trying to get them banned for a personal reason, perhaps not direct but you are indirectly out to get them. This is not about the good of the community, this is about you and your own personal war with people better than you who may have slid into playing odd-modes and have since ceased from doing so.
My position on this has been the same and very clear since the beginning. Since the establishment of the boundaries of an exploit all smurfs playing in Limited Hero pull should be blocked from achieving any sort of ranking. Old, long-standing accounts playing in Limited Hero Pool are issued a warning. My position has never changed and my affiliation with certain players is not in any way swaying my position and I have personally tried to lean them away from those modes.
Least played is in no way and exploit or an abuse and you keep appearing foolish and ignorant hounding that subject without any information to back your claims.
Let them be. Are they ruining your game? No. Are they fags? Probably.
While it might be annoying to see people with unrealistic Win-rates you'll know it's just an exploit/cheap tactic..

I would like to state that the DotaBuff administration does not support name-calling in any way. We have a "Report" button on the profile pages for a reason and we do look through the reports on a constant basis.
That said, it is obvious that we do not support constant flaming and incessant post-creation about other players' behaviour. Forum is a place for people to communicate, not for public lynching and witch-hunting.

After 3k games with 60%+ winrate on very high bracket, how many games you need to lose to get back to normal bracket? Without considering that currently MMR might be frozen after few hundreds games.
