You can turn off help, but I suppose if you're playing with those people the game is over anyway. Turning off help doesn't prevent non target spells, so you'll still be vulnerable to spells such as Tiny's Toss, but I'm pretty sure the skills you listed above won't work.
Best thing to do is turn off help, report player, and hopefully the other team will end quickly.
