However TJ is a special school and although it is HARD as SHIT to get in in 3000 people applied this year and 480 got in and I got in :D

I think I'm a good dota player the reason I don't win more games is I pick UP shit or heroes I don't know how to play (e.g. Phantom Assassin, Anti-Mage, Storm Spirit) for fun when I could pick someone OP in pubs or someone I was good at. Like, I'm the only one at my MMR who bothers to deward pull camps (there are some dewarding normal wards), and rarely there's another player who doublepulls. And no one ever bothers to stack camps, or buy smoke early game (in solo queue).
Social life? I mean, I don't need one if the social life of the people around me is going to bars to drink in the weekend. I hate the taste of alcohol. Talking on Skype about dota (or other things, like making music, or writing fanfiction) is enough.
Girlfriends are for cissies. Never had one and don't want one. Glad I don't have that much testosterone, so I can play more dota/do other stuff.
Good grades? 41/42 in reports in the first year of IB diploma, without the 3 extra points considered; only got a 6 in English because no one gets a 7 in English. Best in year of… about 80 people?
No salary, though… but considering I'm from a rich family (to pay for this really really expensive school) and my brother 10 years older than me has a really good salary (like $4000 after tax reduction?) after getting his Master's, I don't think it looks to grim for me. Only problem is he has about 30 higher MMR than me ;_;
But I think my life is pretty perfect, other than the fact I have to do useless homework that doesn't help with my grades. Also the fact that Icefrog isn't balancing Dota properly. The last huge patch he was inconsistent on whether he was balancing pubs or competitive. Spirit Breaker got a huge nerf because of pub outcry, but he buffed Wraith King to take his place as pub dominator. But then, he also nerfed Wisp and Batrider, who are shitty at pubs, but still picked up in comps. …Okay, I'll stop whining.

What a bullshit list the op made.
1. Health: If you are not Healthy, everything else is bullshit.
2. Safety: If you have to worry about your health or food every sek of the day, your life is bullshit.
3. A good social life aka family, a partner and friends.
4. 2.+3. for your close ones. If your familymember has cancer, dota won't fix it.
5. A decent job, that satisifies your financial needs and is fullfilling. You have to spend most of your time awake with your job.
6. Hobbies (dota 2 or whatever). The freetime you spent should be spent wiseley. Dota is not the best choice at all, since it is not satisfying 50% of the time. Also i does not provide nice memorys for the future. 2000h spent of dota is a memory of 1-3 min.
good dota player - Good is subjective, what matters is having fun. If getting better and better is what makes you happy, like me, then fine, but its not a requirement to enjoy Dota
social life - fuck people
hot/cute gf - if your happiness is reliant on having the approval of a woman, or approval of other people for having a girlfriend, you have more important self esteem issues to work on
outstanding grades/ good salary - Sure, that's legit
I do kinda console myself after a dota loss by looking at my stock portfolio.
Seriously though my child is the smartest, cutest little shit ever so yeah that's perfect. It's kinda amusing seeing all these 18 year olds post their perfect life and realize how far past that I am. What sounds good to you now will change drastically multiple times in the next 10 years.
