I'm pretty sure any 5.8k player will wipe the floor with you. Will you lose every single ranked game? No of course not, your teammates will carry you in many situations and as long as you don't make errors and play not to lose they might win some for you, but trust me a 5.8k player makes better decisions and has faster reaction times than a 3.8k player and it's by quite a bit.
Not even a mid player or even that high and I think vs me you will struggle.....there is a massive difference. It isn't the number that sets you apart, MMR was initially assigned to people who deserved it and you will NEVER be able to hold your own against a pro player should you ever meet one.

You can play against professional players at 3.8k :D. I was against Fear the other night, one of his teammates had a 3.6k mmr LOLOL.
You can pay and try 30 games on the highest level... but after that you wont even want to hear about this game anymore for at least a month, cause you'll be so knocked down and stomped.
Some people buy 5k and even 6k accounts, pay a lot of money and then fuckin feed for 100 games straght and ruin experience for players who actually deserve to be there. Whats the point of that? After few days you wont even know anymore what a win is.

@Hurricane* The only thing that concerns me about the experiment is some recent games that i watched of a friend of mine (who's standing at 5.3-5.5k to both of his 2 accounts) and i was really worried that this whole, buy-account thing yes actually ruins the whole purpose of it. I guess the only way to trully prevent these smurfs from fucking up ranked gaming is to raise the number of games to a number like at least 500 or so. And yes your opinion is definitely right and i am not saying that buying accounts is right for any reason. But having played this game for quite long i want to have a chance and face competitive players and apart from that it will be an interesting experiment. Does elo heaven exist, is it confirmed? And if yes can we all say here at exactly what mmr, hours of the day and servers we are refering to? That will make it easier for me to make this experiment as reliable and trustworthy as possible.
@Knight of end* What i am actually trying to say is that if there were no guides, if there was no youtube video to offer you any advice and if you trully were alone, each one of you, then we would talk about who's pro and who isn't at this game, without any language barriers or excuses holding us back. It really pisses me off when someone offers knowledge to others that do not deserve to have it unless they try to search for it themselves and find their own answers. Deca, this "experiment" goes on all the time. There's no reason to do it when we know the result. It is as known as the fact that the sun will rise tomorrow after it sets. People buy accounts with 5k-6k MMR, and they lose VERY FREQUENTLY.

Here is the account with 5.6k MMR (that was before he lost 30 games in a row) wielded by a faggot who bought it. I don't know the guy's actual rating, but based on his play style, I would have approximated it to be 4k-5k (Most likely: 4.5k). The problem was he did not play well enough to compete with the true 5k-6k player on the other team meant to counteract his tremendous MMR, he never does. Hence, he loses way more than he wins. If someone better than you can do it, but you cant, it disproves your point of "anyone can be at any MMR range"?

This void who played with Dendi and other high mmr players almost surely didnt buy account and DESERVES to be there, although only 49% winrate (which btw means nothing), while the guy from Vandals game most surely doesnt deserve to be AS NEAR as he is/was according to his mmr. And if you buy/take over an 5-6k account, you'll feed and lose just as many games as this second guy did and fastly drop to your real mmr. Countless people have already proven that in both ways.
