In the earlier game, that was Bloodseeker. The later game... I don't know.

vs bug fixed. slark ulti passive has a bug where sometimes it doesnt trigger until you cast spells, same with riki. Though with riki they don't seem to able to see you regardless.

the slark thing happened to me too in several games, but was like 2-3 times/per game or smth like dat, just his passive wouldnt activate for some unknown reason(no invis heroes nearby or blood or other shit) i guess its just a bug, and happened before this update

Google, others of similar quality, and start ups hire all the best programmers with extremely high initial pay for a college graduate. The leftovers go to Valve and EA games to make buggy games.
