pool is basically filled with lots of bots ( afk script bots which ended up in the shadow-ban pool for abandoning i believe).
u can get into shadow-ban pool by dodging excessively or abandoning repeatedly i think.
go queue with a friend in shadow-ban (maybe using smurf, since it lasts for 2 months afaik from dev thread)
