I think there's no point in it since Meepo isnt that mana dependent. Tranquils are way better, since he benefits from health regen a lot, together with movement speed and armor.

If it worked, the point would be crazy amounts of burst mana for your entire team
Mana boots doesn't work on meepo. Only the main meepo can use the boots.
This and Phase are tottally useless on him.
Ah, never knew that. Just one of those thoughts like, like how awesome would it be with a tinker and a hand of Midas. I know it doesn't work!
Imagine the burst mana you could get if all your clones could use arcanes!
Well it would be usefull since the start of first minute, cause later you go with vladmir who give you a good regen and you can jungling rightclicking.
