Three of you already says a lot.Is difficult to just answer the question without insults?
Valve doesn't actually control this site. There's a team independent of valve that runs this site. With that being said, I guess if they can only get you 500 matches then I doubt they'll be able to get you more because of the limited info they can get from the Valve API.

Is this would be fixed by vale? Anyone knows?
