They dive in a obvious situation where they'll die and they'll blame you for their death.

Generally people who blame. How do you deal with them?

Most complaints doesn't bother me but blamers ruins the team's moral.

Well, I mute them.
And if they were insulting, report them as well.

You could try to argue, of course, but that rarely improves the performance of anyone in the team, especially of the ones who are occupied with typing.
