well void is the best carry atm, but not exactly balanced :)

In my unqualified opinion I would be tempted to say Juggernaut
Laning presence: alright ish, if you have a stun you can get easy FB with spin
Fast pusher: healing ward
Fast farmer: not particularly but has a built in crit
Good early game: spin + omnislash
Good late game: omnislash and crits
Good at teamfights: healing ward and omnislash
Good at 1v1: healing ward and omnislash, again
Obviously he's not the best in all of those things, but in terms of being a balanced carry I think he's one of the best
Yeah yunero is balanced overhault on all those point, but he is pretty weak one certain point against certain hero.
He can fast push, but not if enemy can clean creep aggro them away
he isn't a real fast farmer, but he almost have a free item thx to his crit, compare to other carry
good early y
late game tend to be bad, unless your team have a lot of magical damage, otherwise they just build ghost
great at teamfight, but he is better in unorganized fight, and tend to be much weaker when you don't engage
decent at 1v1, but cann't deal at all with heroes that can kite him/ that he cann't kill alone, which would be almost any heroes that try to 1v1 :p
pa's pretty good, just cant push well but im pretty sure she fills all the other criterion

Good Late Game: he is not good against hard Carrys like spectre or am lategame anyway but early on they don't have any chance

I would say Luna and gyro. the only thing they are iffy on is pushing, sure they can kill creep waves in seconds, but they don't have any grate way of melting towers, and they don't have any escape.
Honestly, why not Morphling hes good in all of these except for maybe jungling/pushing(can be good with good ulti usage)

To your mind which is the best carry in the game?
I don't mean the hardest, but which carry is the best overall if you take into account all the stages of the game.
For Example, points like these:

Good Late Game
Good at Team Fights
Good 1 v 1
Some carries are better at different points, which carry is most "Balanced"?
If you could only play 1 carry, what would it be?
