Midas void has worked really well for me ever since the patch. If you're not planning on Agh's it's even better because it accelerates your levels and gets you that low-cd Chrono faster. The attack speed from it and treads is enough to kill supports if you went 1-1-3-1, and by the time it's not enough you have another item.
