You can't really, that is the issue with LC is that even with all that damage you can still be kited and wrecked. They had (IMO) slightly better late game you really shouldn't have tried to take it late.
Somethings I can see without watching the game.
1. AA should have gone Sceptre 100%
2. Juggernauts build makes my eyes bleed
3. SF build is a composite of damage, nuke, and stats making him an all round useless player
4. SF doing 22 tower damage in a 40 minute game is appalling.
I honestly don't know what you could have done beyond trying to get your team to actually push out advantages.
bahhhh..... slightly means we had a chance... >.<, we got pushed back to base quite easily so we tried to take it late. Planned to swap blademail to heart. whats done is done... next LC game again ahhaha.

sf fed ta early, they got most t2s very early.. manage to hold for 30 or so minutes, TA is my duel food.. how do you pros turtle effectively?
