I had that thing long time ago. There is 'fix' ( well not exactly fix, but tutorial how to fix it), somewhere on internet. You have to put some command in launch option of dota 2. I cant help you, as you know, my pc is dead, so i cant just post it here.
i get it in pink, servers have been shit lately (not only me but team+enemy team).
some games are nice with no lags, others i get this shit with 25 seconds to disconnect once in 10 minutes.
its annoying really but not much i can do about it.
i just played on EUW and my ping was 140-160 instead of usual 60-80
I don't know if it's the same problem or what
edit: my ping on stockholm is still 55 ms, so it can't be on me

you have to enable console in order to check it, but im curious. its written in pink, and im getting frustrated west is lagging for me..
