oh yeah if he is roamer you definitely want like a blink and mordiggans or whatever, i'm talking alch carry
I think for alch carry you would still want to get blink and after wards get items like ac vlads bkb as u wouldn't be main carry.
Usually I go Phase Boots, Armlet, Mjollnir, Skull Basher/Abyssal, Daedalus, and Satanic. If you're roaming though, get a Shadow Blade instead of Daedalus.
With alch i go rat dps build like tread, mjolnir(maelstrom = godlikefarm with passive), bkb, ac, abyssal, heart.
you need maelstrom,bkb,cuirras and basher :) its all about getting them fast enough! and a sb to initiate
I like Power Treads/Phase, Maelstrum, Shadow Blade, Basher, AC. BKB before Basher if necessary.
Shadow Blade is great for initiating with a fully charged bomb early/mid game. And late game is great for abyssal blading a carry who is OOP.
I dont get why people play alche carry, if they have no clue how to play him. If u want Alch to be actually useful, you go mid with him, farm 10-12 min battlefury and end up rightclicking the whole enemy team down yourself by the 25 min with gpm around 1000. No other legit way of playing it, since his main strenght is insane farming capability and late game u just suck even if full sloted.

What's the proper way of building him? I mean, i understand it all depends on the enemies you're facing but there is always a certain item philosophy behind a certain hero. For instance, on medusa you generally want items that give you stats.
Alch is hard, because i'm always faced with a dilemma. Do i use his flash farming skill to acquire cheap items like mordiggans and blink very early to kill enemies, or do you go full in greed get midas battlefury and farm six items as quickly as possible? Also, do i get AC or Heart first? On one hand, AC gives me DPS and armor, which synergizes with the ridiculous HP regeneration (since your EHP is higher) but you're easy burst target for magical damage.
