make ya wifi signals bein broadcasted on channel 6 or 11
make sure ya router is near ya comp
try placing it on it's side or w.e.
make sure ur settings r gud - lrn2config wireless APs by going ham on the DD-WRT/Tomato/OpenWRT/DebianWRT/w.e. forum, mailing list, irc, etc.
install custom firmwarez if u a baller and ya router is supported
stop suckin dick

this is a stupid advice, you generally want to check which is the less used channel in your location and choose among 1, 6 and 11 and not simply choose a random one of these

Changing channel is as about much as you can do. I always use cable for Dota.
