Take a break, enjoy time off of ranked and do other modes in unrank like Random Draft, Single Draft. Find some stack buddies. idk lol
Stop focussing so much on the winning and instead try to enjoy the game. It's working out for me atleast.
Also: try to last pick and make a pick that's needed so you counterpick + pick a hero that your team needs.
I just have a separate account to fuck around on some rare occasions. Only has like 16 games. But the lack of responsibility you place on yourself to do well sort of disappears and you gain a lot of motivation from the fun you get instead.
Practice some random shit you've never really done. Once you have a superb game with a hero it's enough to make you love it.
16 not much wait til u get 2 -16 streaks in a row back to back. Or drop from 3.4k to 2.4k mmr.

Went from 3.4kmmr to 3.1k.
Went from High skill, back to Normal skill.
16 games and counting. Anyone got worse? I just feel so defeated right now. :/
