I just tried it, got an 11 minutes boots bottle blink qb stout tp too. I think getting QB isn't worth it since the damage won't get multiplied.
The damage from totem gets multiplied by QB just fine. also it will let you do choke-point jungling,
took me 11 mins 10 seconds
bottle quelling blade stout shield set of tangos soulring and dagger and lvl 9 almost 10

pretty sure i didnt optimize this great but i got 11 min boots bottle blink qb stout tp and level 8.5
if i got more stacks off (i only 3 stacked it because i suck ass apparently) pretty sure i could have gotten around 10 min stuff
any ideas on how to further optimize and if i can get it to 10 minutes would this be legit
