I have an idea on how to fix this, but we need a DOTABUFF admin.

Simply give a permanent ban (no dotabuff stats) to a guy that gets reported for stealing. (with provided proof)

I thought u did thonk about that and considered that ppl usually appearing on dotabuff forums more or less know each other, and probably wont give up their reputation and run the risk of being mass reported.

Yeah right, the average Dotabuff user cares about his reputation or being reported :-D
