I didn't read all you wrote, since I didn't sleep this night because I heard no sleep makes you high.
BUT, if you want a console command to permanent, you need to find the .cfg file in dota 2 folder and write the command there.
-novid is added at launch options at steam.
Gosh, so tired... ;D

Ok awhile back I got the fps/lerp counter sticking I think i had to save it on file but it doesn't go away now. It only does iffy things when I log on another PC. Anyways I found the right click deny script for the console and it works. I don't have to type it everytime I log in etc.. But the biggest issue I have right now it dota 2 keeps forgeting my launch commands on every big update.
Is there a way I can put it on file -novid -console command?
Also is there a way to add "fps_max 144" to my startup so I don't have to type it all the time.
