why would you not get points in blur? it is really good early game when they don't have MKB, but you opt for an additional 40 HP pre level.
No point in getting stats on PA. Just go max Dagger and a value point in either Blur or Blink and max the other one. I personally prefer max Blur over Blink early. So on level 11:
a) 4-1-4-2
b) 4-4-1-2
As everyone said, why would you not get that dodge?
It provides way more EHP and is why PA can dive like a mofo with BKB.

Played the hero alot during the Oracle Contract event and found that the skill build should really never be set. Depending where you lane also makes a difference. I used to carry most of the time and depending on what you lane against should determine your skill build and your starting items. Against an easy offlane solo I would go dagger, level 2 blink and max dagger by 7 for best kill potential. Against a rough dual lane like double range with spammy spells I get blur at level 1 or 2 to negate a little of the damage from the harass.
Maxing dagger early is super important though as you can use it to farm effectively too, the mana cost drops substantially from level 1 to 4 and in a hard lane its often the best and safest way to secure last hits. Its also A great form of harass. Found that Basi/Aquilla super useful on PA, Armor and mana regen early is huge. Best all round skill build on her I feel is 2-1-1 at level 4 and then max dagger with you ult at 6.
Blur is king, you can dodge so many ganks with it if you're paying attention. PA doesn't really need stats because she has innate tankiness with Blur and cheap spells.
