its the average mmr (or hidden rank in the game) if your were 3675 mmr in the first game game but the average is 3.8k it would be very high, you won it so in your next game you are 3700, but the average is 3650 it would be high skill.

So I'm kinda confused.
last 15 games or so, have been in "high skill" (the ones in normal skill are because I was in a party with my beginner friends)
Now, my game as Winter Wryven is set in "Very High Skill" (I won the game (low gpm/xpm))
then the game after i was juggernaut, won the game (high gpm/xpm) but then the skill bracket is put in "High Skill"
