Yeah, when some pudge dont stop spam ez everytime he get a kill i mute him and mb if he hooked me i report for comunication abuse, but never for intentional shit.
Btw i think a lot of communication reports = low prio.
^afaik most people do not pay attention to the reports they are sending, and tag everyone as inentional feeder, for example. even if it is just a talkative annoying person. and in case report works, the punishment comes for feeding, not for abusing chat.
in my opinion its players' fault, not system one. you cant check the real reasons besides the report automatically, and given the amount of reports sent daily, valve just cant afford hiring enough people to watch these replays and analyze whether one should be punished basing on his teammate's report or not.

- 1-14 (can eb intenional feed)
- 0-20 (intentional feed for sure)
- 50-0 (No intentional feed at all!)
I did intentional feed several times (10-15 times) and i just get reported once. But carrying my team or having a bad day i get more WTF?

well, i once saw a guy who ended 30-11 feeding intentionally (he just fed in the very end due to being angry cz of some missunderstanding with another teammate), so you can't judge anything basing on KDA ratio as well.
