@TripleSteal-
The Glim's Cape "counter" sounds great on paper but its not that easy to pull-off, besides the fact your ult still works great for pick-offs and not full team vs team fights, if your team knows they are using Glim, try telling them to keep hitting the ulted guy no matter how low his hp is.
But i see your point, maybe at the 6k mmr level or something glimmer has a much bigger impact, specially if the necro doesnt know about this, still, its not a 100% counter like difu to omni/warlock, you gotta play it right.
wowowowowowowowowowo i just came home so much suggestions !! thanks i will check it out
and well i cant play wisp for the only reason : its in my blood to yolo and kill and that sucks .. u need a cooperative Io in order to win and im not:D

To pull off glimmer counter to necro ult players have to recognize it's a good item vs necro, then they must actually cast it on someone other than themselves. The chances of just one of those things happening in my bracket is slim and both happening is nigh impossible. Plus add on the fact that often a necro ult isn't to finish someone off but to increased rez time and prevent buyback. Probably half the time in a team fight you all target the same high value target and necro ults him and it hits him with like 5% hp left anyway. I don't try to time perfectly ults to 40% hp targets, I try to make sure ult will indeed finish them and kill their rez times.
