Still, that 1k can grow to a max of 10k a month through license upgrades, promotions and pay rises. Still, im very much aware that a filipino ship officer's salary with his regular philippine license is still nothing compared to that of a european with a corresponding european officer license. call me crazy, but im aiming to acquire a european license of my own in the future. I got a myriad of reasons for this.
