the skill bracket description doesnt represent your in game performance for that particular game.
It is normal skill. The only bracket that seems to suffer from being displayed is normal skill. You are probably nowhere near high or very high skill.

700+ of my games are like this. This occurs when the game included people from multiple skill brackets. So, basically there was at least one stack with one player much better than another player.

no skill bracket means that too many profiles are private and thus dotabuff has too little data to decide what bracket it is. i guess the 9 other players had private profiles
Usually the games that don't show skill brackets caused by if the game nearly 1hour or more than 1hour
If you do better than in your regular games then you should be against worse players, which means it's a lower skilled bracket (so still normal skill).
