A returning member of the community here, really worth joining up, played with a few people and despite being very out of practice they were cool with my mistakes, had a pair of really fun games even though they went 50/50. If you can join, you should, definitely a friendly community.

I don't really care about your winrates guys, KG is a friendly place for friendly people. Toxic people are removed, that's why it's a nice community.
Some members are above 50% some below, some are 5k mmr and some are 2k, join and have fun and dont worry so much about your winrate
I really fucking hope this is a troll post, but it probably isn't because of the account with 1,600 matches played. @OP Dota is not for you, I would say you should play League but that is probably too complex for you, you should play Heroes of the Storm.

One time I was drafting for a German team and all went well. Roaming was happening alright but the executions were pretty shoddy. But other than that our team fight was pretty solid.
We smoke up. We enter the Roshan pit and start smacking away at him.
And then our courier entered the pit.
And then we all died.
Moral of the story? Stay away from 'fun stacks'. Their idea of fun is more than likely vastly different to your idea of fun.

The dotabuff forum trolls do not represent the dotabuff community. Like the larger dota community -- most dotabuff players are real, normal people. But you will often hear from the trolls first and loudest.
Also, there are a number of elitists who frequent this forum that are unaware and unbelievng that the millions of ordinary dota players are in fact ordinary. Due to a physological illusion known as Dunning Kruger syndrome they believe that they and their elite freinds are ordinary instead of rare and bizzare and some go so far as to deny the existence of low MMR players simply because they don't see them in Very High games. In fact there are millions of players below 2k MMR, and this is really normal and the vast majority of people should be expected to be below 3k MMR playing in "Normal" skill level games.
So this skeptical response comes in part from those who did not know, or don't want to believe that there are people who enjoy playing dota but are not exceptionally good at it.

Yeah, I count the passive readers. They are legion. Honestly almost everyone is a passive reader. Dotabuff would not exist were it not for many thousands of people who never post at all. Dotabuff doesn't display views, but I know from many other forums in which I have participated that views of my posts are typically 1000 times more than replies.

Konvict Gaming is a EU and NA based community, with over 3,000 members active over many sections. Our members are mature, friendly, willing to help each other to improve their skill in game. But most importantly we are here to have fun with each other. We have players across all mmr skill groups.
