those files that are deleted, are uninstalled from your computer. if you want to restore them, you should install them again.

you have all your items and mmr saved on your steam profile, so don't worry about that
all you have to do is install the game again

I have backup file.. but in backup file not included reborn.. how i recover reborn file..?

install backup file into the original directory, open steam, start updating dota

it's between you start thanking your bro because save you from DOTA. or you kill him cause try to separate you from DOTA

Delete the system32 folder, that should help your problem.
