Yeah same here, I lost 1 game and dropped down to division 9 after I was on a 10 win streak with that hero.
I think the division algorithm changes a lot, but it won't retroactively change your division until you play your next game on that hero.
I've had times where my division went up after playing with scrublord friends or went down after playing in 5k+ stacks.
Mine are all stuck at Diamond 9.
Also don't worry about it too much, supposedly they are being reworked.

I just recently notice my divisions for some heroes went down... How does division work, does it only count recent games? If so, what Mmr or group bracket is Division 10? I was always at 10 but now it drop to 9
