yes, there is a chance that you get above 4.5k, but only if you give ur acc to some1 whos mmr is actually higher than 4.5, so that this person would play calibration matches instead of you.
otherwise u gonna get high 3k/low 4k, and I guess even this is higher than ur original mmr.
