He'll be more then fine. He's hardly nerfed, since he was always pretty balanced.
Aghs on him is actually legit more then some people think, but it'll be situational item.
I can see it beign good with Mek/Euls/BKB/Buter combo, for example.
The magic res aura is on the small creeps so it's fine I think. Mana isn't even that big of a problem unless you go Mek.
