ye these two items will be rather interesting. whats the range of branch active btw?

also branch can be used to counter timbersaw escapes. next level plays incoming.

and you can put it if you are in a deforestated place but need to use whirling death on some antimage with high magic reistance, or just a STR hero.

also i dont quite get this cast range improving item, will it only work for your ult, or will timberchain become longer, too? I suppose it wont, tho.

The direct hero buffs are pretty enormous. More mid viable and you could probably max whirling death first even offlane for how damage/mana efficient it is now.

Aether improves the range on Chain and Chakram. Not sure if it's worth getting over other items like Aghs or even Atos.

why would u ever get atos on timbersaw

by the way, moshta, whats your current mmr? im trying to figure out whats wrong with divisions, cz i cant get diamon10 back so far, despite playing the same games as i used to play b4 several NMM normal skill matches which brought me to diamond6. i played ~70 ranked games since then, but only got diamond7 about a week ago.

Atos is like Blink but lets your entire team chase infinitely

it costs 1k more and doesnt give u escape neither initiation mechanism, not to mention that if you are any good with the hero, u dont need atos' active to land ur combos.

also int bonuses for timbersaw are absolutely useless, so out of basic stats it provides you with, only vitality booster is okay.

Atos IS an initiation mechanism cause it's a 1200 cast range. 30 int -> 400 mana is no joke, that's 4 more spells you can output. And it's not about being skilled enough to land your combos, it's about opening up more opportunities to be able to land your combos. You're not gonna be able to hit a sprinting Slardar no matter how skilled you are even if you have blink because you have no lockdown. It builds easy in 1k components after bloodstone and smooths out your power progression midgame. Ofc you'd only go Atos if they don't have many blinkers.

Sadly, Atos got nerfed first time in a century from 10s cd to 12s cd so it's not as good anymore :(

doesnt make much sense to me tbh. like, u can easily get close enough to slardar if u have blink, and he will have blink himself so atos makes no sense at all. if u. can hit him with atos, you can hit him without it as well in most cases. also if stuff is rly hard, u can always use blink-chain combos that are insanely easy for timbersaw.
also this hero doesnt need attributes, he benefits most from direct increase of armor/hp/mp/mo regen.

all of a sudden timbersaw got +3% winrate in this patch jointly with a huge drop in popularity.

can someone with dbuff plus post timbersaw winrates for different brackets (in meta tubs) for 6.86 please?

Timber is best against STR heroes and everything is now infestated with Zet and Zeus. Imo understandable change in pick rate.
