Besides the flying vision the most fucked up thing thats happened to him was the mana costs increase and bloodstone/bottle nerfs.

I used to play storm a lot but then he got nerfed back to the fukkin stone age
He got nerfed like shit but what he said was absolutely bullshit that he's useless. U just dont play till icefrog fixes the hero. Reddit scrubs screwing with dota all the time
For like 4 years hero was fine, suddenly everyone starts picking it and kids start crying how op he is, that's some goooooood shit right here. Early game sucks so fucking much for him now, but when u get your core items you're fine.

The hero has really become irrelevant, I think he was subject to a case of this hero is overpowered so we will overly nerf him to take him out of the meta. He is really bad in the laning phase as he is a ganking and aggressive hero in order to snowball and carry, you commonly find your place lost in the team fight or not really having much to bring to the table, His ults mana cost increased and his lack of solo kill promise really does make him quite the useless hero unless played to near perfection and with a lot of luck on your side.
Should Storm spirit be buffed ?
