Time walk helps you not dying to burst, while vanguard stops early chip-damage while also keeping your hp at 100%, so I guess that's why it works. Just being really hard to kill and let your radiance do the damage. Though it looks weird when he chronos with 0 attack speed.

New void actually seems a lot better than old void to me, old backtrack too unreliable, new time walk dmg negate is pretty awesome. Time dilation idk, it's hard to tell when it actually makes a huge difference, you can see the debuff on heroes but in a frantic team fight can't really tell what got locked out.
Main thing is it's really fucking hard to init with chrono now cus of the range on time walk. And you still have mana issues with chrono, but I think void's a utility carry now so just go aghs?
Why's his win rate so low though? Offlane void's are super hard to kill now.
